If we (Ann Summers Limited, trading as Knickerbox.com) advertise any discount
or promotion on our or products (“Promotion”), whether online, by email or on
our socials, the following Terms and Conditions apply, in addition to the
terms and conditions set out in the promotional copy and any other applicable
promotion-specific terms available here (together
referred to as “Promotion-Specific Terms”).
Unless we say otherwise in in the Promotion Specific Terms, or we otherwise
apply it to your order at the checkout, the Promotion will not apply to: (i)
already discounted products; (ii) delivery charges; or (iii) the purchase of
gift cards (if available).
All Promotions are subject to availability of stock.
General Promotions

The discount or other benefit of the Promotion may be subject to you
inputting and applying the promotion code at the checkout. If you fail to do
this, the discount or other benefit of the Promotion will not be applied at
the checkout.

Promotions will only be available for a limited period, and we may change or
discontinue any Promotion at any time without notice.

The Promotion will only apply to the selected product lines described in the
Promotion-Specific Terms and our online product pages.

Where the Promotion is a ‘Multibuy Promotion’ (e.g. ‘Buy 3 for the price of
2’; ‘Buy 3 and get the 4th free’; ‘Buy 1 get 1 half price’; buy an item, get
a free gift), the discount or free item applies to the cheapest item.

‘Spend and Save Promotions’ (e.g. ‘£10 off when you spend £60’) are only
available to UK shipping addresses.

Selected Line Promotions’ (e.g. 10% off multipack bras) are only available
on the line of products detailed in the Promotion.

Refunds on products bought as part of a Multibuy or Spend and Save
Promotion. If you choose to return an item purchased as part of a Multibuy
Promotion or Spend and Save Promotion and the return of such items means
that the applicable conditions of the Promotion have not been met, the
Promotion will be invalidated, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Free gifts. If you choose to return an item purchased as part of a Multibuy
Promotion that has entitled you to a free gift, your right to receipt of the
free gift will be invalidated and: (i) you must either return the free gift
(in a saleable condition) to obtain a full refund on the purchased item(s);
or (ii) the value of your refund will be adjusted to reflect the value of
the free gift you have chosen to retain.
Customer Discounts
If you have received an email from us that includes a unique discount code
(“Customer Discount”), the following Terms and Conditions apply:

Customer Discounts must only be used by the recipient. The code must not be
shared or transferred.
- Customer Discounts are only available for use on one transaction.

The value of the Customer Discount is as stated in the Promotion-Specific
Terms, or as modified by us from time to time without notice to you.

Customer Discounts may be time limited, in which case the limited period
will be stated in the Promotion-Specific Terms but may be withdrawn by us at
any time, without notice.

We will apply the Customer Discount to your order at the checkout, provided
that you input and apply the code sent to you in the email.
Affiliate Partner Discounts and Cashback Benefit Providers
We work with certain third party affiliate partners (including Unidays, PION,
Youth Discount, Blue Light Card, vouchercodes.com, Quidco and Topcashback
(“Partners”)) who offer discounts and cashback benefits on purchases (“Partner
Benefits”) to a variety of qualifying individuals and members of the public.
The Partners described above are given as examples only, we may include other
Partners or stop working with any Partner at any time.
If you have signed up with one of our Partners you can realise the Partner
Benefit when you shop with us.
Receipt of a Partner Benefit is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

The Partner Benefit must only be used by those who qualify for it with the
relevant Partner, subject to the Partner’s own terms and conditions.

The value of each Partner Benefit is variable and, where it is a discount,
is offered by us at the percentage rate stated on our website. We may modify
or remove application of our Partner Benefit at any time.

We will apply the Partner Benefit to your order at the checkout, provided
that you input and apply a valid code provided to you by the Partner.

Partner Benefits will not apply: (i) on delivery charges; (ii) to the
purchase of gift cards (if available); or (iii) to certain brands and
